Where rehabilitation has been requested by purchasers (initially a 6-9 month block), we immediately recruit then specifically train a locally-based Personal Programme Assistant, to ensure they have an in-depth understanding of their client's needs. All this with on-going supervision and monitoring from our dedicated, qualified and experienced Programme Managers who personally guarantee the implementation of agreed rehabilitation programmes. |
