The report includes a full statement on functional & neurological needs in addition to rehabilitation potential and prediction, based on careful assessment of the injured person and his or her key family members. It includes the proposed rehabilitation programmes, the timescales and the costs. Interim reports reviewing progress made by the brain-injured person are provided at 8-weekly intervals.
